Vinification : Hand picked harvest in crates, sorted afterwards in the cellar. Vinification varies depending upon the grape varieties. The Carignan undergoes carbonic maceration : the grapes are placed in vats in their entirety and left intact during the vatting (20 days). The Grenache, Morvèdre and Syrah are destemmed and traditionally made into wine : pumping over, release or regular pumping of the cap at 27-29°C…

Maturing : In vats for a minimum of 8 months.

Tasting notes : : "Les Amandiers" are made from young vines resulting in fresh berry aromas : red currant, strawberry, black currant. A pleasant and tender wine, offering great aromatic freshness.

Ageing : Can be kept for up to 5 years !

Food pairing : Les Amandiers goes well with Mediterranean cuisine : stuffed vegetables, marinated capsicum, grilled meat...
