Vinification:
handpicked harvest in crates, sorted in the cellar. Carignan andclairette
are directly pressed, Grenache are "saignés".
After cold setting the juice slowly ferments between 14 and 19°C.
Maturing:
in vats for a minimum period of 4 months.
Tasting
notes:
pink colour, pleasant wine with cherry notes.
Ageing:
needs to be drunk young.

ideal for aperitifs, "tapas" and summer food.
