For those with a couple of old bottles in their cellar, and who'd like to know how they are evolving, here is a presentation of a couple of old vintages of Vieilles Vignes and Cistus. This selection was evaluated during our 2005 summer wine tasting. The notes confirm that our wines can stand the test of time. However it shouldn't be forgotten that our wines can also be drunk at an early age. Please note : as with all old bottles, it isn't unusual to come across deposit. It is therefore better to stand an old bottle upright the day before opening it.
